1. Prayer Letter for Revival Conference

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…” - (Acts 1:8)
"From Freedom to Fruitfulness"

Greetings in the mighty name of Jesus!

We write with urgency and great expectation about the upcoming Deliverance & Revival Conference 2025 (October 21–23). For the past 25 years, this conference has been one of the greatest catalysts for revival, healing, and Kingdom multiplication across Nepal and beyond. Thousands have been empowered, delivered, and transformed by the Holy Spirit.

This Year’s Conference

We are praying and trusting the Lord for an even greater harvest at this year's conference.

Theme: From Freedom to Fruitfulness

Key Verse: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…” (Acts 1:8)

We believe God is calling His Church to rise in Spirit-filled power—to multiply disciples, plant churches, and reach nations with the Gospel. The timing is strategic, during Nepal’s longest national holiday, when large gatherings can happen freely.

The Urgency in Nepal

Until just 18 years ago, Nepal was the world’s only Hindu monarchy, and the Gospel was completely banned. While there was a short window for open evangelism (1995–2014), the new constitution has criminalized Gospel-sharing in this Hindu-majority nation. Humanly speaking, church growth here is impossible.

Yet, despite restrictions, God is moving powerfully—it is nothing short of a miracle of His grace.

Most believers are poor, marginalized, and uneducated. Churches are prayerfully lifting them up, but the challenge remains immense.

God has provided us with a secure church compound, a refuge where thousands can gather safely to hear the Gospel, worship, and experience salvation, miracles, and healing.

Our Need & Your Partnership

We warmly invite you to join us—in prayer, in giving, and in encouraging others to participate. Together, let us believe for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit this October!

Your Partnership Means Eternal Investment:

Reaching thousands with the Gospel and leading souls to Christ.

Planting new churches across unreached areas.

Seeing chains broken, lives set free, and revival fire spread throughout Nepal and beyond.

Multiplying disciples and raising up Spirit-filled leaders.

How You Can Join Us

Pray: Stand with us for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit, fresh anointing, supernatural wisdom for leaders and ministers, favor from community leaders and authorities, and good weather

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest… to send out workers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:37–38)

2. PRAYER REQUEST: KINGDOM ADVANCE & SPIRITUAL WARFARE
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you."-( Isaiah 54:17 (NIV)

Greetings and love from Nepal !

Hope and pray this quick prayer request finds you doing well.

We rejoice to share that the Lord is moving mightily. The Kingdom of God is advancing—new souls are being saved, miracles and healings are happening, churches are being planted in unreached places, and outreach groups are going even beyond Nepal. Many young women and men are being rescued from trafficking, families are hearing the Gospel, deprived children are being enrolled in schools, and youths are receiving vocational training to become tent-making leaders for Gospel expansion. Church and school buildings are also being resumed, and leaders are bearing much fruit for His glory.

With the planting season complete, our focus shifts to cultivating hearts. We are harnessing this period to strengthen our believers and leaders through a series of strategic, area-wide gatherings, witnessing a powerful move of God across our communities.

Recent Fruitful Encounters: The Lord has already blessed us with extraordinary breakthroughs:

· Couples' Leadership Meeting (Aug 10-11): 150 couples experienced a profound renewal, resulting in powerful testimonies of healed relationships and spiritually unified homes. Some views of Leadership meeting with couples : Aug 10 - 11, many couples confess their not being good to their spouse and not supporting them in ministry and repented and committed
· Youth Gathering (Aug 15-16): Nearly 400 young people encountered Christ in a powerful way, leading to widespread commitment and transformation.
A few of the views of youth meeting on Aug 15-16. Many committed to serve the Lord their life through their career, many testified by the end of the meeting. We are capitalizing on this season of spiritual readiness with a strategic series of gatherings designed to equip every level of our community.

Upcoming Strategic Gatherings:

We trust the Lord for His provision—both the heavenly wisdom and the practical resources—needed to advance these Kingdom initiatives.

At the same time, the enemy is angry and trying to hinder the work. This week, several of our leaders and their families have faced serious health challenges.

DR: On the 2nd day of the Tibet Outreach Mission Trip, DR had to return home urgently after his 18-year-old son suffered a severe fall, fracturing his pelvic area and damaging his urinary tract. He was airlifted to Nepalgunj, where doctors confirmed surgery will be possible only after three months. Till then, he must live with an external pouch and undergo monthly checkups.

We thank God for sparing his life. DR had to withdraw from the Tibet mission. With no insurance and limited means, he faces heavy medical expenses and relying on our support needs our continual prayerful financial support.

Sister M, mother of D, slipped and fractured her shoulder. She is admitted in Nepalgunj Hospital, where surgery is planned once her blood, thyroid, and pressure are stabilized. We praise God she was protected from head injury. A devoted leader and strong support to her son in Dang, she now needs our prayer and support in this difficult time.

Brother JB has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and advanced cancer. He urgently needs a miracle of healing. He just brought back home and we have been praying and needing prayer support and healthy foods and medicines support at  this time.

🙏 We see this as spiritual warfare. Yet, in every case, we also see God’s protecting hand, preventing greater harm.

We kindly ask for your earnest prayers and faithful partnership:

Healing, strength, and encouragement for our suffering leaders and their families.

Protection and boldness for all our workers and churches.

God’s abundant provision to overcome present financial scarcities and complete ongoing projects.

Continued unhindered growth and advancement of the Gospel in Nepal and beyond.

We are deeply grateful for your love, prayers, and partnership in this mission. Together, we are pressing forward in Christ’s victory for the expansion of His Kingdom.

We move forward in faith, assured that He who began a good work will bring it to completion

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet at Crofton Baptist Church (details here) for our Sunday Service starting at 10:30am. For your first visit, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to ensure you get a parking space in our car park or nearby streets and to find a seat before the service begins. When you arrive, you should be greeted by someone on our Welcome Team who will be wearing a Welcome lanyard.

After the service, we serve tea, coffee, and biscuits. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and connect with our community. All refreshments are free.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access, and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. Please let one of the Welcome Team know on your arrival and they will help you to get set up. There are disabled toilets in the main foyer.

Our Service

The main service begins at 10:30am with a warm welcome from one of our team members. Then follows a time of sung worship, led by our band. We typically have 2 or 3 songs lasting approximately 20 minutes. Sometimes a person might pray out loud or read a small passage from the bible. Sometimes people share things that they believe God is saying to the whole church family. This might seem strange the first time you hear it but it’s all part of our connecting with God. We then share news and notices, usually about what’s going on in the life of the church, followed by a short 'all aged' talk that engages the whole church family. One of our leaders will then give a sermon that is bible based and that we can apply to our everyday life. We then finish with worship once again, singing 3 or 4 songs. Sometimes there is an opportunity to receive prayer at the end of the service.

What about my kids?

We have a great programme lined up for kids of all ages:

  • Creche (0 months to 3 years). Children under 6 months are welcome but must be accompanied by their parent/carer at all times.
  • Starters (3-5 years / preschool age)
  • Followers (6-8 years)
  • Pilgrims (9-11 years)
  • Intrepid (12-14 years)
  • Next Gen (15-18 years)

Children stay with their parent or grown-up at the start of the service for the welcome and songs. We really value worshipping God all together as a family. At the end of the notices someone will announce that it’s time for the younger members to go to their various groups. You will need to go with your children to their groups and register them as part of our child safety policy.

The kids group activities vary depending on the age but usually there is a friendly welcome, bible stories, testimonies, praying, music, craft, drama, fun games and free play. Our leaders will bring back the children during the final set of worship songs.

Getting Connected

Life Groups

While Sundays are a great way to meet new people, it is often in smaller gatherings that you can really get to know someone. Being part of one of our life groups allows you to make new friends, share together and support each other. We have a variety of groups that meet throughout the week, some afternoons and some evenings. Check out Life Groups page for more information, or speak to Moises who can put you in touch with a life group leader who will be more than happy to invite you along to their group.

Serving and Volunteering

If you want to get involved in the life of the church and help us make Sundays run smoothly, please speak to a member of the Leadership Team.
